A rack and gear mechanism individually rotates ten soft tufts of bristles at a speed of 4200 rpms.
Each tuft turns in the opposite direction of neighboring tufts.
After every 1 1/2 revolutions, the tufts reverse direction, allowing them to fully extend
and reach deep between teeth and under the gum line.
